KPH Mojokerto


Perum Perhutani Forest Management Unit (KPH) Mojokerto is one of the management units under the Perum Perhutani Regional Division of East Java.

The working area of KPH Mojokerto, based on Government Regulation No. 72 of 2010 concerning the State Forestry Public Corporation (Perum), covers 31,890.54 hectares and is located within the administrative regions of Mojokerto Regency (5,719.94 ha), Jombang Regency (4,332.34 ha), and Lamongan Regency (21,838.26 ha) in East Java Province, with the following territorial boundaries:

  • North side    : Lamongan Regency
  • East side      : Pasuruan Regency
  • South side   : Kabupaten Jombang Regency
  • West side    : Kabupaten Bojonegoro Regency

Based on land suitability, the forest area of KPH Mojokerto is divided into two Enterprise Classes (KP): Teak (Jati), covering 23,948.64 hectares, and White Gum (Kayu Putih), covering 7,941.90 hectares.

Forest Functions :

  • Production Forest (HP) covering an area of 31.635,26 Ha
  • Protected Forest (HL)  covering an area of 255,28Ha.

Based on Government Regulation No. 72 of 2010 concerning the State Forestry Public Corporation (Perum), KPH Mojokerto is divided into several Forest Sections (BH) :

  1. BH Bluluk covering an area of 5.961,28 Ha
  2. BH Kabuh covering an area of 4.126,43 Ha
  3. BH Mantup covering an area of 7.172,40 Ha
  4. BH Ngimbang covering an area of 6.688,53 Ha
  5. BH Kemlagi covering an area of 7.941,90 Ha

Based on the management area, KPH Mojokerto consists of 8 Forest Management Subunits (BKPH) and 30 Forest Management Resorts (RPH), with the following details :

  • BKPH Bluluk = 3.352,62 Ha already includes the stream of 41,62 Ha

    2. RPH Majenon = 1.167,88 Ha
    3. RPH Sukorame = 1.230,56 Ha
  • BKPH Dradah = 3.480,60 Ha

    3. RPH Tenggerejo = 1.040,55 Ha
  • BKPH Kambangan = 4.126,68 Ha already includes the stream of 5,60 Ha

    3. RPH Grenjengan = 1.166,25 Ha
    4. RPH Ngegreng = 799,80 Ha
  • BKPH Kemlagi = 4.095,30 Ha sudah already includes the stream of 32,40 Ha

  • BKPH Tapen = 3.846,35 Ha already includes the stream of 63,82 Ha

    2. RPH Made = 978,40 Ha
    3. RPH Peleman = 1.031,81 Ha
    4. RPH Sempal = 810,62 Ha
